Tomasz Staszków

Tomasz is an attorney – at – law, with more than 20 years of experience in the area of professional legal services, he is a member of Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. In addition to successfully completed a faculty of law, Tomasz also hold a degree in Postgraduate Studies in European Law from the University of Warsaw. He has provided services for large public sector entities and international law firms and continues to provide services for large worldwide enterprises. Tomasz is experienced in conducting a broad range of legal and administrative proceedings, including very complex cases and has represented clients in both the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court.

Tomasz has significant experience in advising on public procurement procedures, contracting entities and economic operators submitting tenders. He has also represented clients in appeal proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber and have provided services for many foreign investors in Poland.

A large part of Tomasz's professional activity are matters related to the professional legal services for investments in the renewable energy sources, in particular wind farms, photovoltaic power plants and hydroelectric power plants.

María Ruiz López

María is a Spanish lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in both the Polish and the Spanish markets. Master of Laws from the Deusto University, specializing in Private Law and Company Management. She also finished postgraduate studies on the Polish Legal System at the Warsaw University.

She has been formerly working in executive managerial positions in other international law offices present in Poland.

She has been for 10 years the Vice-President of the Polish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce, where she is now a member of the Consultancy Board. She is present as a Management Board Adviser in a number of international companies.

She is also a certified commercial mediator. She is active as a mediator in the Mediation Center of the General Council of Advocates and in the International Mediation Center of the Chambers of Commerce.

She is the Vice- President of the International Lawyers Commission in the District Chamber of Advocates in Poland.

Decorated with the “Cruz de la Orden al Merito Civil” for her career achievements by the Spanish King, Felipe VI, as well as granted with several recognitions in Poland, including the “Krzyż Oficerski Orderu Zasługi Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej”, the Recognition Medal by the Polish Ministry of Economics and Golden Recognition of the Polish National Chamber of Commerce (KIG) for her collaboration to the Polish commercial development.
